A cozy 92 m2 cottage in the peaceful Palovaara area offers a comfortable setting for a holiday. The sleeping areas on two floors offer comfortable accommodation for six people. In addition, there is a sofa bed and 2 daybeds in the upstairs lobby. Both floors have their own toilet and smart TV. The needs of families with children have been well taken into account: there is a safety gate at the top and bottom of the stairs, and there are two high chairs, a baby bath and a travel cot with a soft separate mattress. A spacious electric sauna invites you to relax, with a pillar heater that offers soft, long and pleasantly humid steam baths.

The cottage has a separate ski waxing room, which is equipped with a waxing stand and iron and a protective apron. The tenant also has a Fjällpulke ski sledge for trips. There is plenty of winter activities for children in the form of Stiga sledges, slides and sledges. The cottage also has two normal-sized kick sleds, which are great for getting around in the winter outdoors or going to the nearby grocery store. There is a woodshed next to the waxing room, from which the tenant can freely pick up firewood.

There is a car heating post for two cars in the yard of the cottage. If you need the possibility of charging an electric car, please arrange this separately before staying. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to allergies.

The rental price does not include final cleaning or linen. This allows us to keep the price of accommodation as affordable as possible for our guests. If you wish, you can order final cleaning separately for 120 euros. We will send the cottage key well in advance of the start of your holiday directly to the address provided by the tenant. This makes arrival hassle-free and also allows for late arrival, e.g. on a Saturday evening.
