The idea of Mökkirinki was born to offer an affordable, easy-to-use and functional service for both landlords and tenants. Mökkirinki is a service where cottage owners can publish their properties for rent and renters can reserve these properties.

Mökkirinki is designed as a clear and easy-to-use service for both landlords and tenants.

Currently Mökkirinki does not offer e.g. payment, key or cleaning services.
In the first phase, we will focus on providing a functioning service on the core business itself, i.e. renting and reserving the cabin, but we are developing our service all the time.

The price of the Mökkirinki service is very competitive.

For the renter the service is completely free of charge.

For the host the service is completely free of charge for the first year, and after that there is an annual fee of just 49€ + VAT.

We are not charging any additional service, office or commission fees.

As a host it is possible to purchase additional optional services:

• Migration service from another an external service provider to Mökkirinki service for 10€ + VAT
• Translation service for 10€ + VAT
• Additional gallery images for 10€ + VAT
• Purchase of additional visibility for 10€ + VAT

Yes you can, whenever you want.

By deleting your user account, all your data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

If you have a paid membership (lessor), then the remaining time of the paid membership period will not be refunded.

Yes you can and this is actually easy based on your search results.

• Search for accommodations based on your criteria.
• Based on the search results, add the accommodation to the comparison by clicking the icon  at the bottom right of the listing and select Compare.
• You can add and remove as many accommodations as you want to the comparison.

No problem, contact us via the contact us form and we will add the Holiday Resort to the list very quickly.

We at Mökkirinki want to make sure that no inappropriate material ends up on the site, that’s why we check all notifications.

We try to check notifications as quickly as possible, but within 24 hours at the latest.

However, we are not responsible for the correctness of the content of the announcements. This is always the responsibility of the notifier in accordance with the terms of use.
