Päijänne Tavastia

Päijät-Häme is a province of Finland in Southern Finland, comprising the eastern part of the historical Häme Province. It is surrounded by Uusimaa to the south, Kanta-Häme to the west, Pirkanmaa to the northwest, Central Finland to the north, South Savo to the northeast, and Kymenlaakso to the east. The province includes ten municipalities. The southern end of Lake Päijänne and Lake Vesijärvi are located in Päijät-Häme.
