Villa Kaunisvirta is a log cabin rental cottage equipped with modern amenities for year-round use in Pyhtää, about 100 km east of Helsinki. The cottage is located by the river, right in the heart of nature. The cottage has accommodation for 12 people in two separate cottages, the main building and a separate sauna building. Hot tub can be rented for 80e/day, raft sauna for 45e/day. The cottage also has a barbecue shelter and a fine traditional log storage shed. There is a swimming pier on the shore.

Both cottages have sleeping areas, a shower and a toilet. The sauna cottage has separate beds for four on the sleeping loft, and the main building has three separate bedrooms with accommodation for 8 people. Downstairs there is one bedroom with a 140 cm wide small loft bed. Upstairs there are two larger bedrooms, one with 2 x 90 cm beds and the other with 4 x 80 cm beds. Some of the beds are placed next to each other. Access to the second floor is via fairly steep stairs.

The cottage has a large wood-fired sauna. The sauna offers stunning views of the river. There is a washroom connected to the sauna, which leads to the outdoor terrace and hot tub.

In front of the Kaunisvirta sauna building, there is a wood-fired hot tub suitable for about 6-8 people, partially sunk into the terrace, which is rented to Kaunisvirta cottage tenants for 80 euros/day. This rental price includes the rental of the hot tub, water and firewood to heat the hot tub. Filling, heating, emptying and cleaning the hot tub are the tenant’s responsibilities, unless otherwise agreed upon when booking. If you want to order the hot tub filled, heated and washed, we offer the service for an additional fee of 120 euros if necessary. The total price for one use will then be 200 euros. Cleaning and linen are not included in the prices. Basic cleaning can be ordered for an additional price of 160 euros and linen and towels for 20 euros per person.
