Additional places available for a total of 17 people. Additional places are subject to a separate additional charge of €60/person.

· Warm shower water in the villa’s washing facilities. Warm washing water in the lakeside sauna from the tank connected to the heater. Cold water in other water points.

·The villa’s terrace faces south, where the sun shines all day long.

·The villa, guesthouse and beach sauna have spacious terraces with barbecue tables or other furniture.

·Next to the villa there is an electrified barbecue shelter with a gas and electric Weber grill.

·From the villa’s terrace there is a boarded walkway with two patios and barbecue furniture to the beach. All patios are saturated in brown.

·The villa has a fridge-freezer, stove with oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and crockery for 13 people.

·The villa has a soapstone fireplace with a baking oven, 65″ smart flat screen TV (including Netflix, C-more, etc.)

·The villa has a separate bedroom and a loft with sleeping space for a total of 7 people. The loft is divided by a separate partition. Additional places are available for 4 people by separate arrangement.

·Two guest houses with cabinets, TVs, a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave on the terrace. Both guest houses have a total of separate beds for a total of 4 people.

·Three water toilets. Inside the villa, in connection with the guest houses and in connection with the beach sauna.

·The plot has its own borehole, from which cold water comes to the villa’s kitchen and sauna facilities. The guest house toilet, the beach sauna kitchen and sauna facilities.

·Beach sauna with spacious lounge chairs, water with a toilet, a soapstone fireplace and a 32″ flat screen TV in the fireplace room. The kitchen has an electric stove, fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee maker. The sauna has wood heating. The loft sleeps 2 people. The beach sauna has a terrace with sun loungers and an outdoor table group.

·The buildings are connected by pressure-impregnated walkways with evening lighting.

·A warship can be found on the beach. No engine.

·A lot for 6 people on the patio.

·There is 3 meters of water at the end of the pier. Next to it is a child-friendly gentle sandy beach. There is also a concrete boat launch ramp on the beach.

NOTE! An additional fee of €150 is charged for bringing pets to the cottage and they must be reported when booking. €150 includes two pets. Additional pets €50 / piece. To ensure cleanliness, final cleaning through us is a prerequisite for renting.
