All Ruka services, including equipment rentals, restaurants, diverse shops and hobby venues, are located within a short walking distance, so the location is perfect for holidays and leisure.

The balcony on the third floor of this apartment offers stunning views of Ruka’s central square and the Ruka slopes.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, both with double beds, which can be separated if necessary. The second bedroom also has a workstation for remote working. The living room and kitchen consist of a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The corner sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed for two people. The apartment also has a separate toilet, sauna and a spacious bathroom with, among other things, a washing machine and a drying cabinet.

The tenants of the apartment also have a lockable ski storage room and ski lubrication and maintenance facilities on the ground floor.

You can park your car freely in dozens of free heated parking spaces, which are located in the property’s own fenced courtyard. If the courtyard spaces are full, you can park your car in the heated parking garage next door (price 15-20€/day).
