Set on a forest estate of nearly three hectares with no immediate neighbors, your group is guaranteed plenty of space and freedom to move around, explore, relax, and celebrate! It is the ideal venue for casual gatherings with friends, SME meetings, or unique corporate events for international clients. The grounds offer a host of amenities to delight even the most demanding groups—from hot tubs and Jacuzzis to game rooms and barrel saunas.

GENERAL: Located in Leppäkoski, Janakkala, Lähdekallion Huvila is a multi-purpose villa and meeting venue offering peace and privacy on a forest estate of nearly three hectares—completely free of neighbors and available year-round.

MAIN HALL AND LOUNGE/MEETING AREAS: The main hall/meeting room, spanning approximately 45 square meters, accommodates up to 20 guests with a long table and a large sofa seating area. Behind the open fireplace in the main hall lies a changing/social area featuring a bar counter that overlooks the woodland garden. The villa is equipped with complimentary Wi-Fi. The main hall features a 70-inch flat-screen TV, while the changing/social area and the private lounge each have a 55-inch flat-screen TV.
Located approximately 50 meters from the main building is a game room (approx. 35 m²) with a wilderness-style interior. We rent out the game room for an additional fee in conjunction with the accommodation.

ACCOMMODATION: The main building has 6 bedrooms with a total of 14 beds. Adjacent to the main building is a winter-insulated guest cabin featuring 2 bedrooms, each with 3 beds. Additionally, the main building has 8 sofa beds, bringing the total sleeping capacity to up to 25 people. There are also 4 sofa beds in the game room. Duvets and pillows are provided to match the number of sleeping spaces.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with tableware for at least 22 people, an electric stove and oven, a large refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Moccamaster coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster.

SAUNA, SHOWERS, AND TOILETS: The indoor sauna benches accommodate 8–10 people at a time. The washroom has 2 showers, and the changing area offers direct access to the terrace for cooling off. The villa has 3 toilets and an additional separate small shower room. Located on the terrace is a wood-fired barrel sauna—available for rent year-round—that accommodates up to eight bathers at a time.

OUTDOOR AREAS AND HOT TUBS: A 6-person wood-fired hot tub and a 5-person electric outdoor spa are situated on the terrace next to the sauna area, which also features a barbecue spot.

PRICING: The villa’s base rate includes access to the approximately 220-square-meter multi-purpose villa and the sauna area. Additional services available for order include the barrel sauna, outdoor spa, wood-fired hot tub, barbecue area, game room, final cleaning, bed linen (either made-up beds or linen sets), and towels. We also offer activity, catering, and support services—such as preparing the wood-fired sauna and hot tub prior to guests’ arrival. All additional services must be ordered no later than 14 days before arrival.
