The outdoor fire pit, barbecue hut, and scenic terraces provide the perfect setting for shared moments and enjoying delicious meals in the open air.

Cottage Details

GENERAL: Located in the Evo Rauha area of ​​Hämeenlinna, Evon Kaksikko consists of two properties: Evon Riistahuvila (Game Villa) and Evon Rantahuvila (Lakeside Villa). The complex is suitable for private individuals and corporate groups alike, serving as a venue for events, celebrations, team-building days, and meetings, as well as a destination for accommodation and nature-focused getaways. The facilities can be further complemented by the “Eräliiteri” (Wilderness Barn) located on the premises, which serves as a suitable venue for events and large celebrations during the warmer seasons.

LOUNGE/MEETING AREAS: Each villa features a living room with a large table suitable for meetings; a widescreen TV serves as the meeting display.

The Evon Rauha area is covered by a Wi-Fi network that extends beyond the villas to the yard and beach areas, as well as to the Eräliiteri located at the edge of the property.

ACCOMMODATION: Together, the two villas (Evon Kaksikko) offer a total of 5 bedrooms and 20–23 beds. The “Riistahuvila” (Game Villa), measuring approximately 90 square meters, accommodates 7–8 people across two bedrooms and additional beds in the living room. The “Rantahuvila” (Beach Villa), measuring approximately 130 square meters, accommodates 13–15 people across three bedrooms and sofa beds in the living room and the social/changing area.

KITCHENS: Both villas have kitchens equipped with cookware, serving dishes, and tableware for a total of 22 people. Kitchen amenities include a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave; the Riistahuvila also features a dishwasher. Both villas are also equipped with a Moccamaster coffee maker and an electric kettle. SAUNAS, SHOWERS, AND RESTROOMS: There are three saunas in total: each villa has its own electric sauna with a shower, and there is an additional separate wood-burning outdoor sauna located on the back terrace area, right next to the hot tub. The electric sauna in one of the villas also offers direct access to the terrace and hot tub, making it perfect for large groups to enjoy both the sauna and the hot tub together!

OUTDOOR AREAS AND HOT TUBS: A wood-burning hot tub (seating six) is located between the villas. The lower yard features a wilderness-style *kota* (lean-to shelter) and an outdoor fire pit.

GAME ROOM AND BARN SAUNA: The lower yard of Evon Kaksikko offers a fantastic setting for fun and games. The approximately 30-square-meter game room is equipped with billiards, air hockey, table hockey, and a dartboard. It also features two corner sofas for comfortable lounging, which can also serve as sleeping arrangements for four people. The game room and the adjacent wood-burning “Barn Sauna”—which accommodates up to 12 people—will be ready for guest use in the autumn of 2026.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: Evon Kaksikko is situated right in the heart of the renowned Evo outdoor recreation area, offering dozens of kilometers of hiking and outdoor trails suitable for both summer and winter activities. Please note that the nearby beach belonging to the adjacent “Evo Suuri Huvila” (Evo Large Villa) is reserved exclusively for the guests of that villa.

PRICING: The rates include the use of the facilities in both cabins at Evon Kaksikko, including the saunas. Additional services available for order include, among others, a lean-to shelter with a campfire site, an outdoor woodshed, a hot tub, final cleaning, bed linen (either made-up or stacked), and towels. We also offer activity and catering services, as well as support services—such as preparing saunas and hot tubs before guests arrive. All additional services must be ordered no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
