Cottage:

Round log, 75m2, 6 beds, living room + 2 bedrooms + open kitchen + dining room, 2-storey winter habitable, municipal water supply, electric heating, storage fireplace, electric sauna, shower, separate toilet. The cottage has an OptiWatti smart system, which guarantees a constant temperature in the cottage around the clock, every day of the year

Upstairs:

Spacious hall with TV corner + BlueRay, sofa and 2 * 120 cm beds. Separate upstairs bedroom with extendable IKEA sofa bed (160×200) and chest of drawers and 2 armchairs.

Equipment:

Hair dryer, Radio/CD player, iron/ironing board, laundry tower (washing machine & dryer), drying cabinet for outdoor clothing.

Downstairs:

Bedroom + living room + kitchen + toilet + sauna/bathroom Extendable dining table that can be turned lengthwise for a larger group and 2 extra folding chairs can be added around the dining table, so all 6 people can comfortably sit at the table to chat and eat

Kitchen:

Toaster, blender, electric whisk, hand mixer, kettle, Moccamaster coffee maker, fondue set, wok pan, basic set of pots and frying pans. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Complete set of dishes for 6 people. Stokke high chair with arch support.

NOTE! There is NO microwave in the cottage and no child gates on the stairs.

Key service:

You can easily get the key 24/7 from the key box next to the cottage door. We will send the code after payment.

Fat bikes:

The cottage has 2 fat bikes and cycling helmets in its storage, which are free for tenants to use all year round. For safety reasons, the bikes are only suitable for road and dirt road cycling. 14/21 gears in the gearbox are in operation. The largest sprocket on the front sprocket is out of use. The bikes were serviced in 07/2024.

There are already 170 km of mountain bike trails in Pyhä!! We recommend renting an e-(fat)bike and enjoying the scenery with electric assistance. Routes https://bit.ly/2qHdsg4

Cleaning:

As a rule, everyone cleans the cottage themselves. Cleaning equipment and detergents can be found in the cleaning cupboard.

As an additional service, you can book cleaning (€95) and linen (€20/person) when booking the cottage. The cleaning company does not accept urgent orders.

NOTE! Those who have booked cleaning must exceptionally hand over the cottage by 10 am on the day of departure, so that the area’s cleaning service has the opportunity to clean all the cottages for the day before new arrivals. The cottage is available for the next tenants from 6 pm. We will remind you of this separately by email.

We require that those who have booked cleaning leave the cottage in a basic state of cleanliness so that the cleaner has time to complete his/her task in the allotted time.
