Although *Evon Suuri Huvila* is far removed from the city bustle, it remains easily accessible. This makes it an ideal, versatile venue for work groups to host everything from team-building days to free-flowing workshops. It is equally perfect for a wide range of other celebrations and events where space and privacy are desired.

On the shores of a mystical forest lake, meetings easily give way to fishing, and strategy sessions transition into stand-up paddleboarding. Once the formal part of the day is over, you can unwind in a traditional Finnish sauna, take a dip in the hot tub, or enjoy the sunset by the peaceful Kaitalampi lake.

GENERAL INFORMATION: The *Evon Suuri Huvila* multi-purpose and conference villa is located in Evo, Hämeenlinna—less than two hours from major urban centers in southern Finland. It is 145 km to Helsinki, 100 km to Tampere, and 50 km to both Lahti and the center of Hämeenlinna.

In addition to *Evon Suuri Huvila*, you can also rent *Evon Kaksikko* (Evo’s Duo), which comprises two adjacent villas, giving you exclusive use of the entire 7-hectare *Evo Rauha* estate. The complex is complemented by the “Eräliiteri” (a rustic event barn), which serves as an ideal venue for events and large celebrations during the warmer seasons. The area features a Wi-Fi network that covers the villas and the Eräliiteri, as well as the outdoor yard and beach areas.

MAIN HALLS AND LOUNGE/MEETING AREAS: Located on the upper floor, the main hall (approx. 50 m²) and open-plan kitchen—featuring sofas and dining sets—provide space for meetings, socializing, and dining for around 30 people. The upper-floor main hall is equipped with a 65-inch flat-screen TV that can be used as a meeting display. A whiteboard and a portable projection screen are available for meeting guests, and a data projector can be provided upon request.

The lounge area next to the upper-floor main hall and the lower-floor main hall (located next to the sauna area) are suitable for group work during meetings or simply for relaxing. The lower-floor main hall is also equipped with a 65-inch flat-screen TV.

KITCHENS: Both floors feature open-plan kitchens equipped with standard cooking, dining, and serving utensils. Tableware is available for at least 50 people. Kitchen amenities include an electric stove and oven, a large refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, Moccamaster coffee makers, electric kettles, and toasters. The lower-floor open-plan kitchen is located next to the sauna area and offers access to the barbecue area on the lakeside terrace. ACCOMMODATION: The premises can accommodate a total of approximately 45 guests. There are 14 bedrooms providing beds for 29 people. A sufficient number of duvets and pillows is provided. Additional sleeping space is available on sofas for 10 people, plus spare mattresses for at least another 10.

If the arrival date is less than 6 weeks away, the ground floor of Evo’s Large Villa can also be rented separately as the “Evo Lakeside Apartment.” The ground floor is suitable for groups of approximately 5–20 guests.

SAUNA AREA, SHOWERS, AND TOILETS: The ground-floor electric sauna area (approx. 50 m²) offers a sauna experience for up to 15 people year-round. The sauna has direct access to the lakeside terrace, which features a private beach with piers, hot tubs, and campfire sites.

There are four showers across the sauna area’s two washrooms, plus an additional shower inside the sauna itself. There are five toilets in total. Additionally, both upstairs toilets are equipped with their own showers.

LAKESIDE SAUNA: Located on the shore of Lake Kaitalampi, the wood-heated lakeside sauna features its own hot tub, running hot water, and a shower. There is a fireplace for grilling behind the sauna.

HOT TUBS: The lakeside area features three wood-heated hot tubs available for rent either together or separately. Two tubs are located on the villa’s terrace, while the third is situated right by the water in front of the lakeside sauna. The tubs can be accessed via the terrace, keeping feet clean. GRILLING AREAS: The grilling area is located on the villa’s lakeside terrace, next to the hot tubs, while a separate barbecue hut stands along the path leading to the lakeside sauna.

FISHING, BOATING, AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: Evon Suuri Huvila is situated just 20 meters from the shore of Lake Kaitalampi. There are no other buildings on the waterfront, making it easy to head out onto the lake for rowing, canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, or fishing.

PRICING: The rates cover the use of Evon Suuri Huvila’s facilities, including the indoor sauna area. Additional services available for order include hot tubs, use of the grilling areas, final cleaning, bed linen (either made-up beds or linen sets), and towels. We also offer boat and canoe rentals, activity and catering services, and preparatory services such as heating up the saunas and hot tubs prior to your arrival. All additional services must be ordered no later than 14 days before arrival.
