Evon Rantahuoneisto is located on the ground floor of the Evo Grand Villa (*Evon Suuri Huvila*). Its bedrooms accommodate up to 17 guests—whether vacationers, leisure seekers, or meeting attendees—looking to recharge by a mystical forest lake or hold a meeting amidst the scenic beauty of Kaitalampi.

The sofa area in the apartment’s main hall comfortably accommodates small corporate teams as well as groups of family or friends. The spacious front terrace, complete with a hot tub, offers guests ultimate relaxation. Sauna enthusiasts will appreciate the traditional log sauna by the water, where a pier provides easy access to the refreshing waters of the forest lake.

GENERAL INFORMATION: Evon Rantahuoneisto is an accommodation and meeting villa concept located in Evo, Hämeenlinna, designed for both corporate and private clients and accommodating up to 17 overnight guests. The Lakeside Apartment is a separate 210-square-meter unit located on the ground floor of the Evo Grand Villa. We rent it out either as a standalone property or as part of the larger Evo Grand Villa and Evo Rauha estate complex.

The Lakeside Apartment can be booked as a standalone property provided the reservation is made no earlier than six weeks prior to arrival and there are no other guests staying in the Evo Grand Villa. MAIN HALL AND LOUNGE/MEETING AREAS: The main hall is equipped with a 65-inch flat-screen TV and three sofas that can serve as extra beds if needed. The table in the hall seats approximately 12 guests. Wi-Fi coverage extends beyond the villas to the yard and beach areas, as well as to the “Eräliiteri” (wilderness cabin) located at the edge of the property.

ACCOMMODATION: The lakeside building features a total of 7 bedrooms, providing sleeping arrangements for approximately 14 guests. An additional 3 people can sleep on the sofas in the main hall. The property is stocked with a number of duvets and pillows corresponding to the sleeping capacity.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is equipped with tableware for at least 20 guests, an electric stove and oven, a large refrigerator, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a Moccamaster coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a toaster.

SAUNAS, SHOWERS, AND TOILETS: The electric sauna area (approx. 50 m²) accommodates up to 15 bathers. There is direct access from the sauna to the lakeside terrace—featuring hot tubs and the beach—as well as to the pier for swimming or, in winter, an ice hole. The sauna complex includes two washrooms with a total of four showers. There are three toilets.

A separate log sauna located on the shore of Lake Kaitalampi is available for rent; it features its own hot tub, running hot and cold water, and a shower. OUTDOOR AREAS AND HOT TUBS: The lakeside area features a total of three wood-fired hot tubs available for rent based on group size and preferences. Two hot tubs are located on the main building’s terrace, while one is situated in front of the lakeside sauna by the shore of Lake Kaitalampi.
A barbecue area is located on the main building’s lakeside terrace next to the hot tubs, and there is a separate barbecue hut along the path leading to the lakeside sauna. Additionally, a traditional ring-style fire pit is located behind the sauna.

PRICING: The rates cover the use of the Evo Lakeside Apartment facilities, including the indoor sauna. Additional services available for order include the lakeside sauna, hot tubs, use of the barbecue area and hut, final cleaning, bed linen (either made-up beds or stacked sets), and towels. We also offer boat and canoe rentals, activity services, catering, and support services—such as preparing the saunas and hot tubs prior to guests’ arrival. All additional services must be ordered no later than 14 days before arrival.
