Evo’s Lakeside Villa is part of the “Evo Duo”—a two-villa complex perfect for hosting lively team-building events or a Christmas party for an SME. The villa is equally well-suited for traditional cottage-goers and hikers eager to enjoy the autumn foliage. Situated amidst Evo’s renowned hiking areas, the location naturally offers a wide range of recreational activities and sports for both leisure and team-building.

The compact, modernly equipped villa features sleeping quarters designed to ensure peaceful nights. The living areas offer plenty of space to relax after a delicious meal or to hold a productive, high-impact meeting with a small team.

GENERAL: Evo’s Lakeside Villa is a secluded cottage located in the “Evo Rauha” area, right in the heart of the Evo outdoor recreation zone in Hämeenlinna. The complex is complemented by the “Eräliiteri” (Wilderness Barn), a venue suitable for events and even large celebrations during the warmer seasons.

LIVING/MEETING AREAS: The Lakeside Villa features a spacious living room that is also suitable for meetings. The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV. The entire Evon Rauha area features a complimentary Wi-Fi network that covers not only the villas but also the yard and beach areas, as well as the “Eräliiteri” (Wilderness Shed) located at the edge of the property.

ACCOMMODATION: The 130-square-meter Evon Rantahuvila (Lakeside Villa) sleeps 13 guests. The cabin is equipped with a number of duvets and pillows corresponding to the number of beds.

KITCHEN: The kitchen is stocked with cookware, serving dishes, and tableware. Amenities include a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, Moccamaster coffee maker, and electric kettle. Please note that there is no dishwasher in the Lakeside Villa.

SAUNA, SHOWER, AND WC: The Lakeside Villa’s electric sauna accommodates approximately 8 bathers. There is direct access from the sauna area to the outdoor terraces and the hot tub. There is one shower, and a separate toilet is located in the hallway.

OUTDOOR AREAS AND HOT TUB: A backyard *kota* (traditional Lappish hut) and an outdoor fire pit are available for barbecuing. A wood-fired hot tub for six people is located at the corner of the terrace.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES: The villa is situated right in the heart of the renowned Evo outdoor recreation area, which offers dozens of kilometers of hiking and cross-country skiing trails.

PRICING: We rent out Evon Rantahuvila primarily as part of the “Evon Kaksikko” (Evo Duo) complex, though it is also available to a limited extent as a separate rental unit. Additional services available for order include, for example… Sod hut/lean-to & outdoor fire pit, wilderness woodshed, hot tub, final cleaning, bed linen (either made up or stacked) and towels. We also offer activity, catering, and support services—such as preparing saunas and hot tubs prior to guests’ arrival. All additional services must be ordered no later than 14 days before arrival.
