The villas
Äkäs 2 villas with private view offer stylish and peaceful accommodation in the heart of Lapland – an ideal choice for families, couples, and small groups who value comfort, design, and close connection to nature. Modern Nordic architecture, natural materials, high ceilings, and large floor-to-ceiling windows create a bright and harmonious atmosphere, opening up beautiful views of the surrounding forest and the fells of Pallas–Yllästunturi National Park.

The spacious open-plan living and kitchen area invites you to relax and spend quality time together after a day of experiences. Prepare dinner at a leisurely pace, enjoy the cozy ambiance, or simply unwind in the tranquility of nature. Your private sauna is the perfect way to end an active day, with a bathroom including a shower and toilet located next to the sauna. In addition, the villa features a separate WC, adding extra comfort. The private terrace is ideal for enjoying fresh morning air or admiring Lapland’s evening light.

On the ground floor, the villa features two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, making the layout especially well suited for families and groups of friends. The loft adds flexibility and extra space, serving perfectly as an additional sleeping area or a peaceful reading nook with lovely views over Lapland’s nature.

Sleeping arrangements
Each Äkäs 2 villa accommodates up to 7 guests: the two bedrooms downstairs feature one double bed and two single beds. On the loft there are two single beds and a fold-out armchair bed that’s best suited for children.

Located on a peaceful wooded slope near the national park, the Äkäs 2 villas offer a serene base for all seasons — whether you’re planning a ski adventure, a hike through summer landscapes, or a tranquil getaway beneath the northern lights or midnight sun.

Included in your stay
Bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price, so you can simply relax and enjoy your time in the Arctic wilderness.
Breakfast is not included during 18.6. – 3.9.2026 ja 28.9.-13.11.2026.

Pet policy
Pets aren’t allowed in Äkäs 2 villas. If you are travelling with pets, Kukas 1 and Äkäs 1 villas are pet friendly options.
