1. Use of the Service

Mökkirinki.fi (“Service Provider”) provides a service for registered users (“User”) to rent, search for, and reserve properties.Users who offer properties for rent are lessors (“Lessor”), and users who search for and reserve properties are lessees (“Lessee”). The Service Provider offers a service for information exchange and possible rental transactions between Lessors and Lessees. The Service Provider is not a party to the rental transaction and is not responsible for the listings on the service.

2. Applicability and Entry into Force of the Terms

The service cannot be used without accepting these terms, and the terms come into force when the User registers as a user of the service. The terms apply for as long as the User uses the service or has obligations related to a confirmed reservation. Withdrawal of acceptance of the terms requires discontinuation of the use of the service.

3. Content of the Service

The Service Provider aims to offer the service for use 24 hours a day and 365 days a year. The Service Provider is not responsible for:

• uninterrupted and error-free operation of the service.
• changes or loss of information related to the use of the service.
• problems arising from third parties.

4. Use of the Service

The service can be browsed without registration. A registered User can list properties for rent or make reservations. The User registers either as a Lessor or a Lessee. The Lessor determines the rental conditions for their properties. The Service Provider is not responsible for the rental conditions defined by the Lessor. All agreements and terms between the Lessor and Lessee are between them. The User must be at least 18 years old to register for the service.

5. User Rights and Obligations

The User is responsible for all information provided to the service. All agreements and terms between the Lessor and Lessee are between them.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Service Provider

A rental agreement is always between the Lessor and Lessee. The Service Provider is not a party to the agreement. The Service Provider is not responsible for the content or accuracy of the listings displayed on the service.

7. Changes in Terms and Conditions

Mökkirinki Oy reserves the rights to change the site’s content, terms and services without separate notice.
